Norma Horse & Flower Cart Brooch

From the 1940's, this sterling figural piece is of a horse and cart with it's driver, as if on the way to market with a bundle of flowers.  The stones are peaked cabochons in various colors.   There is some wear to the rose-gold wash, but it's less noticeable when worn than in the image, and is reflected in the price.  Marked: Norma, Sterling
